The President orders Rabbit and some of his deputies to travel to Wisconsin to help the U.S. Marshals there. A gang led by Rolf has been killing local farmers and their families, and when they rob a bank in Minnesota to fund their plans, their faces end up on wanted posters and draw the President’s attention. Rabbit ends up leading the Wisconsin marshals on a relentless chase across state lines, encountering the atrocities the gang leaves behind.
